A draft of Oregon’s Child Care and Development Fund State Plan for 2016-2018 is open for a 60 day public comment period through February 26, 2016. There will be a public hearing on the State Plan on February 18, 2016. Information will be posted on the Early Learning Division website. The Early Learning Council is reviewing the plan and will make final approval of the plan following analysis of public input. The plan will be submitted March 1, 2016.
