Oregon Head Start Collaboration

Head Start State and National Collaboration Offices (HSSNCO) facilitate partnerships between Head Start agencies and other state entities that provide services to benefit low income children and their families. HSSNCO are awarded funds under Section 642B of the 2007 Head Start Act. For more information on Oregon Head Start Collaboration, check out the Office of Head Start website here.

March 13, 2014 – Oregon Head Start Collaboration Update

We are very excited that so many staff from Head Start Programs are working to get on the Oregon Registry. We are making every effort to get out to programs and provide onsite TA to support both managers and staff to understand the registry and it’s processes. These webinars are designed to be an additional resource to support individuals, supervisors and program directors about the main activities relating to the Registry:

Understanding what the Oregon Registry is and how it is a part of the Early Learning System
How to Apply for a Step and Education Award on the Oregon Registry
How to submit Training and Education to the Oregon Registry
