The Early Learning Division will be moving both of their Salem offices to the Veteran’s Building, 3rd floor.  The ELD Central Office staff will move effective February 26, 2018.  The ELD Division of State Lands staff will move effective March 5, 2018.  The mailing address for this building is 700 Summer St. NE, Suite 350, Salem, OR 97301.  Please update your records to reflect this change and please help us share the message by communicating with providers and other partners in the early learning system.

 In anticipation of the move and the ability to get packed and unpacked, the Office of Child Care – Central Office will take down the online application system at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 through Monday, February 26, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this creates.  Paper applications may be downloaded, printed, completed and mailed to the address on the application. Please note: the mailing address for applications is not changing.  It remains as Office of Child Care Unit 22, PO Box 4395, Portland, OR 97208-4395.
