Oregon Family Voices: Impacts of COVID-19 on Early Child Education and Care
The online training created by the ELD is available in English and Spanish. The training includes findings from a recent survey and a series of listening sessions with Oregon families about their experiences related to child care during the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of the ELD training, you are expected to spend time reflecting and discussing what you learned with colleagues and peers. Additional materials to accompany the training are available below. Completing this training by June 30, 2021 is one way to fulfill your equity training requirement.
PLEASE NOTE: If your organization has already completed an equity training on its own and has provided proof to ELD, your requirement has been fulfilled. If you prefer the option of choosing your own training, please contact your program manager or contract administrator at ELD for approval.
If you have questions about the equity training requirement, please contact your program manager or contract administrator at ELD.
We appreciate your continued efforts to support families and children in Oregon.
